What kinds of problems do you solve?

I specialize in dental technology companies, from growing startups to established organizations. The best fit is a company with an active sales motion that needs stronger lifecycle infrastructure or execution.

What kinds of problems do you solve?

I fix inconsistent follow-up, incomplete nurture programs, manual campaign processes, unreliable lead scoring and routing, disconnected conversion paths, and unclear marketing reporting.

Do you advise, or do you actually build?

I do both. Strategy informs the work, but the primary deliverable is functioning infrastructure inside your systems—not a deck of recommendations. Full-scale content production, branding, and ongoing creative services are not included unless specifically scoped.

How do you determine what needs to be fixed?

I begin with a free discovery conversation covering your goals, current programs, systems, and constraints. I then review the relevant infrastructure and recommend a defined scope. You do not need to purchase a standalone audit before hiring me to implement the work.

How are engagements priced?

Focused projects are generally fixed-fee, larger builds are scoped by phase, and embedded support is priced monthly. Pricing reflects the complexity, systems, and dependencies involved—not simply hours worked. Typical investment ranges are available on the Pricing page.

Can you work within our existing technology?

Usually. My experience includes HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, Unbounce, RevenueHero, and supporting email and landing-page tools. I generally improve the stack you already have rather than recommending unnecessary migrations.

How long does a project take, and what do you need from our team?

Focused projects typically take three to six weeks, while larger builds may take six to twelve weeks or longer. Most engagements require one internal owner, appropriate system access, and a short weekly working session. The majority of execution happens asynchronously.
